1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to fandiq.com, owned and operated by Lloyd W. Trushel / F&IQ Training and Development. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means F&IQ Training and Development. When it says "you," it means any visitor to fandiq.com.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect a limited amount of information, and only in two ways:

• Contact form submissions. When you fill out a contact or inquiry form on this site, we receive the information you provide — typically your name, email address, dealership or organization name, and your message. This form is processed by Formspree (see Section 4).
• Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. This includes anonymized IP address, pages visited, time on page, browser and device type, and general geographic region. We do not receive personally identifiable information through analytics.

We do not operate user accounts, membership portals, or any login system on this site. We do not collect payment information — all book purchases are handled entirely by third-party retailers (Amazon, Audible, Apple Books, etc.).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes only:

• To respond to your inquiry. If you submit a contact form, Lloyd Trushel or a team member will use your contact details to reply to you personally.
• To improve the site. Analytics data helps us understand which content is most useful and how to make the site better for F&I professionals.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your information for any automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate this site. Each has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles data:

• Formspree — processes contact form submissions on our behalf. When you submit a form, your data is transmitted to Formspree's servers. See Formspree's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics 4 — provides website analytics. Google collects anonymized usage data subject to Google's Privacy Policy. IP anonymization is enabled.
• YouTube — some pages embed YouTube videos. When you load a page with an embedded video, YouTube may set cookies on your device and collect data per Google's Privacy Policy.
• Amazon, Audible, Apple Books, and other retailers — this site links to external book retailers. When you click through to one of those sites, their own privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for the data practices of any external website.

5. Cookies

This site uses cookies solely for Google Analytics. These are first-party analytics cookies (typically named _ga and related variants) that help Google Analytics distinguish unique visitors and sessions. No other cookies are set by fandiq.com.

As noted above, embedded YouTube videos may cause YouTube to set its own cookies when you interact with or load video content on this site.

How to opt out of Google Analytics: You can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics across all websites. You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings.

6. Your Rights and Data Deletion

If you have submitted a contact form and would like us to delete your data, you may request this at any time. We will honor deletion requests promptly, and we will also contact Formspree to request deletion from their systems on your behalf.

To submit a deletion request, email lloyd@consatorgroup.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include the name and email address you used when submitting the form so we can locate your record.

Note: Analytics data collected by Google Analytics is anonymized and cannot be tied back to a specific individual, so it is not subject to individual deletion requests.

7. Children's Privacy

This site is intended for adult F&I professionals and automotive industry participants. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this site, please contact us at lloyd@consatorgroup.com and we will delete it promptly.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through this site. Contact form data is transmitted via Formspree over encrypted HTTPS connections. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
