Step 1 - Fit & Needs Assessment
During this 30 minute call you'll speak with a team member to assess your dealership's needs. At the end of the call, you'll have a better understanding of our core values and what impact we can bring to your F&I Department.
Step 2 - Discuss Strategy
During this 1 hour follow up call you'll speak with a team member and Lloyd Trushel, who will both be visiting your store. Together we'll discuss your goals and the roadmap to achieving them. At the end of the call, you'll understand our methodology, pricing and availability.
Step 3 - In-store Training & Development
This is the final step in building the F&I department that creates lifetime customers. Our team spends one week in your store working hand-in-hand with your team. We teach behaviors for maximizing customer satisfaction and dealership revenue goals. We develop best practices and practical solutions for bottlenecks in your sales process.
